I finally tackled the overflowing sweater boxes—and what a difference! I sorted through years of sweaters, discovered pieces I hadn’t worn in six years, and ditched any boxes that were literally “barfing” clothes (lids wouldn’t stay on, piles collapsing). This was a full clean-up, clear-out, and organize session: I donated a bunch of sweaters, freed up closet space, and now I can actually see what I own.
Tools that helped: Create-a-Case #1 and Create-a-Case #2 made sorting and storing so much easier. I rehoused keepers neatly, and the boxes that failed the test are gone. Bonus plan: when fall arrives I’ll pull these sweaters back out and use the Create-a-Case bags to store lightweight summer sweaters or other clothing—keeping everything tidy and seasonal.
